Q: How does this necklace fit on the neck?
A: This is a close-fitting choker with an approximate perimeter of 36 cm. Choker lengths typically sit around the base of the neck (about 35–40 cm). For the best fit, measure your neck and allow a little ease based on your comfort preference.

Q: Is this necklace authentic?
A: Yes. Every piece at A Retro Tale is authenticated by our experts using multi-point checks of materials, construction, signatures and closures. Many vintage Dior necklaces carry era-specific signatures on a small plaque or near the clasp (for example, Chr.Dior in the 1960s–70s, or Christian Dior with a copyright symbol and year from the 1980s). Q: What are the materials and finish?
A: The necklace features silver- and gold-toned plating with rhinestones. As with many vintage fashion-jewellery pieces, the exact base metal alloy is not specified by the manufacturer. Light signs of previous wear are consistent with its Very Good condition.
