A: With approximate measurements of 30 × 28 × 22 cm and a 12 cm handle drop, it comfortably holds a long wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses case, a small water bottle, make-up pouch and a small tablet/e‑reader. Slim 12–13 inch devices may fit, but please compare your device to the measurements and use a padded sleeve due to the open top.

Q: Can it be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This Phantom is designed to be handheld or carried in the crook of the arm via its dual rolled handles. It does not include or support a shoulder/crossbody strap.

Q: How secure is the open top?
A: The bag has an open-top design for easy access. For security, we recommend using interior pouches or a bag organiser and placing valuables in the zipped front pocket. When travelling or in crowded areas, keep the bag close and upright.

Q: Is the Phantom heavy to carry?
A: Compared to many totes, the Phantom is known for feeling substantial because of its thick leather and suede lining. Using a lightweight organiser and avoiding overfilling will help keep it comfortable day to day.
