Q: Does it fit A4 documents or a laptop? A: Loose A4 papers can fit when placed horizontally; however, a rigid A4 folder or binder may be tight at the zip opening and may prevent full closure. A 13-inch laptop will not fit.
Q: Is the Cabas Piano still in production? A: The original Cabas line (Piano, Mezzo, Alto) was discontinued, so this is a vintage piece. Louis Vuitton later introduced a modern Piano bag that is a reinterpretation of the name and design rather than the same vintage Cabas model.
Q: Is it designed for shoulder carry and will it fit over a coat? A: Yes. The dual flat straps have a drop of approximately 22–24 cm, so it sits on the shoulder comfortably; over very thick outerwear it may feel snug.
Q: Can I attach a crossbody strap to this bag? A: The Cabas Piano was not designed with exterior strap rings for crossbody wear. It includes an interior D-ring for keys or a pouch, but no side D-rings for an added strap.
