Q: What is the chain length and where will it sit? A: This necklace measures approximately 40 cm (about 16 inches) end to end and fastens with a spring ring. On most wearers it sits near the base of the neck at the collarbone. The chain on this model is not designed to be adjustable; if you prefer extra length, a small clip-on extender can be used.
Q: What materials is it made from? A: The necklace and engraved heart are crafted in sterling silver (925). The second heart features a Tiffany Blue enamel finish. Both charms are attached to a fine link chain.
Q: Is the enamel durable? A: The coloured heart has an enamel finish suitable for everyday wear, but enamel can chip if struck against hard surfaces. To help preserve it, avoid knocks and contact with abrasives or harsh chemicals, and store the necklace separately from other pieces.
Q: Will the silver tarnish, and how should I clean it? A: Sterling silver naturally develops tarnish over time. Clean gently with warm water, mild soap and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly. Use a quality silver polishing cloth to restore shine. Avoid silver "dip" solutions and ultrasonic cleaners on enamelled pieces.
Q: Can I wear it in the shower, pool or at the gym? A: We recommend removing sterling silver and enamel jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising. Soaps, shampoos, chlorine and sweat can dull finishes and accelerate tarnish.
Q: Are the heart pendants removable from the chain? A: The hearts are attached with closed rings and are not intended to be removed or swapped regularly. A jeweller can assist with alterations if desired, but modifications may affect the item’s originality.
Q: Can the plain heart be engraved? A: This design already features the Return to Tiffany motif on one heart, and the enamel heart cannot be engraved. We do not offer engraving on pre-owned pieces. For personalisation options, a Tiffany & Co. boutique may advise on eligible items and services.
Q: What comes with this necklace? A: This piece is sold as shown without extra accessories. If items like a Tiffany box or pouch are not listed under Accessories, they are not included.

In order to request a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and state ”return request” in your email. From there, our Customer Support will confirm that your return request has been approved and further instructions will be provided by email.
