A: The Puzzle Fold line is engineered to fold flat when empty for easy packing. The Cropped variant retains this travel‑friendly construction while featuring a secure zip top and suede lining, so it will fold flatter than many structured shoulder bags when empty, but is not intended to be compressed when filled.

A: No. This model is designed with dual shoulder straps for hand or shoulder carry. The straps are not adjustable. The strap drop is approximately 29 cm for a comfortable on‑shoulder fit over light outerwear.
