Q: Will my laptop fit, and is the bag padded? A: Most 13-inch laptops fit easily. Slim 14–15-inch devices may fit depending on their footprint, but the tote has no built-in padding or zip top, so we recommend using a protective sleeve and a bag organiser for structure and security.
Q: Does this item come with the removable zipped pouch? A: This specific piece is listed with no accessories. Louis Vuitton began including a detachable pochette with Neverfull bags from around 2013; earlier models (like this 2008 bag) were originally sold without it. In order to request a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and state ”return request” in your email. From there, our Customer Support will confirm that your return request has been approved and further instructions will be provided by email.
Please note that the return shipping fee is covered by the returnee and all return shippings to A Retro Tale must be traceable. Thus, please retain your receipt of shipping and tracking number until your return has been completed and you have received your refund.
