A: With its compact dimensions (approx. 19 × 13 × 6 cm), it fits a large smartphone, a small wallet or cardholder, keys, and a few small cosmetics. Bulky items like a full-size long wallet, water bottle, or umbrella will not fit comfortably. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for exact sizing.

Q: Is the strap adjustable and how can I wear it?
A: Yes. The single leather strap adjusts via the signature triangular buckle, giving an approximate 52 cm drop. It can be worn on the shoulder or crossbody, making it versatile for daily use.

Q: Is the strap removable?
A: On the classic leather Padded Cassette, the strap is not designed to be removed. It is fixed and adjustable only.

Q: How secure is the closure—does the magnet affect bank cards?
A: The front flap closes with a strong magnetic fastening that keeps belongings secure. As with any magnetic closure, prolonged contact can affect the magnetic stripe on some cards, while EMV chip and contactless features are not impacted. To be safe, store stripe-only cards in the interior zip pocket or a separate cardholder.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use, do not overfill, and store loosely stuffed in a breathable dust bag with the strap tucked inside to help maintain the bag’s shape. Q: How durable is the padded weave for everyday wear?
A: The padded lambskin is supple and will develop light creasing with use. With mindful care—avoiding overstuffing and rough surfaces—it performs well for daily essentials while keeping its structure and finish looking refined.

A: Compared with the non-padded Cassette (flatter panels), the Padded Cassette has plush, quilted Intrecciato. The Chain Cassette substitutes the leather strap for a weightier chain, while the Tech Cassette is a nylon iteration with a similar silhouette and often includes a removable internal pouch.
