A: Yes—this is a vintage Paddington. The style debuted for spring/summer 2005 and became an early-2000s It bag thanks to its slouchy silhouette and signature padlock. This piece is from that earlier era rather than the recent anniversary reissue.

A: The Paddington is known for feeling weighty compared with many satchels because of its substantial leather and solid padlock. If you prefer a lighter feel for long days, you can carry the bag without locking the padlock or remove the padlock and store it safely when not in use.
