Q: Can this be worn crossbody? A: The original design is a short shoulder bag with a non-adjustable strap (this piece has an approx. 14 cm strap drop). Many owners add a separate longer strap to wear it crossbody. If you do, attach only to sturdy metal hardware and avoid clipping directly to the zip pull; using a small extender to the opposite side is a popular workaround. Please note that adding third-party parts is at your discretion.
Q: Is the strap detachable or adjustable? A: The leather shoulder strap on this model is detachable but not adjustable. You can remove it to use the bag as a clutch or swap it for another compatible strap if desired.
Q: Is the Takashi Murakami Monogram Multicolore line still in production? A: No. Murakami’s Multicolore collaboration debuted for Spring/Summer 2003 and was discontinued in 2015. Pieces from this line are now sought-after on the pre-owned market.
Q: What does the date code SL1003 indicate? A: In Louis Vuitton’s 1990–2006 format, the first and third digits show the month and the second and fourth digits show the year. “SL1003” decodes to France (factory code SL) in October 2003.
Q: Will an iPhone Pro Max fit? A: Yes, the Pochette Accessoires is designed to fit a large smartphone up to roughly 6.7 inches, such as an iPhone Pro Max, along with a few small essentials.
Q: How should I care for the Multicolore coated canvas and Vachetta leather? A: Keep the bag dry and away from oils, cosmetics and dyed fabrics that may transfer colour. Wipe canvas gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Vachetta is untreated and will naturally develop patina; watermarks and darkening are normal signs of age and are generally not fully removable. Store stuffed in a breathable dust bag, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Q: How do I clean the Alcantara lining? A: Gently shake out debris, use a soft brush or lint roller for dust, and spot clean very lightly with a barely damp, colourfast cloth if needed. Avoid saturating the lining and never use harsh chemicals.

In order to request a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and state ”return request” in your email. From there, our Customer Support will confirm that your return request has been approved and further instructions will be provided by email.
